Just got off the phone with one of our mission partners. She shared that her friend Lauren is pregnant.
As of their dinner two days ago, Lauren plans on getting an abortion.
Lauren is seven weeks pregnant; the baby's dad is married to someone else... Although in her 30s, desiring children and with a great job, Lauren is scared and feels alone.
Her friend and I talked through ways to help Lauren envision what her future might look like with her child and ways to help Lauren write down her fears and possible solutions.
Lauren's friend is living out her identity as a lifesaver - as someone who has been saved by Jesus.
